Procedures and Terms of Delivery

How We Operate

• We deliver using minivans kept cold in summer, using cargo blankets and ice blankets to keep products frozen.
• We load up early in the morning to provide the earliest delivery possible.
• Orders are left on your doorstep. You will receive an email and text notification when delivered.
• It is your responsibility to retrieve your order promptly upon delivery.
• Our drivers cover a large area of the province. Weather and road conditions affect delivery times — we are unable to provide ETAs.
• Our team starts at 6:00 AM and delivers until 6:00 PM.
• In the unlikely event that delivery cannot be made on the scheduled day, we will contact you to make alternate arrangements. In some cases, our dispatch may decide to deliver past 6:00 PM.
